Don Thomas is a true gem. I have had to use his services two times in the last few months. Both times was on a Saturday. Today I was experiencing a back up in septic system. Doing laundry and my toilet was bubbling up sludge. Yuck. I called him up and this weekend is a holiday weekend. He was with family. We agreed that he would come this coming week. He called me back and said he would come by to fix the immediate issue so that my family and I could wash clothes and dishes and take showers without worrying that we would be cleaning ourselves or our dishes or clothes in crap. We are so thankful for the thoughtfulness and the sacrifice from Don. The day went from shitty to giddy. Woohoo. Highly recommend

They did a excellent good job and left the area cleaned.

They were able to come out within hours on a holiday weekend. They were fast and knowledgeable. They even gave us advice on other issues we were having. They cleaned up perfectly after it was done! They saved our holidays! Thank you Mr Thomas and crew!

Project is still in progress

Don Thomas Construction responded promptly to my initial request. They arrived when they said they would. They stayed until the job was compete. The price and quality of service was excellent.

I spent about $2,000 on modifications that I was told may or may not fix it and we would do other stuff as required. The communication was lacking and so I called another septic expert who basically explained that everything done was unnecessary and likely didn't help me.

Very professional and made quick work of a difficult project. Will definitely call Don again. Thanks!
