Totally awesome company, gave them a particularly difficult project, they did it in the estimated time and did a great job. Unfortunately the repair had problems a year later when wood warped and pulled away from structure. Pat came out and saw the problem, said he would get someone on it. Never heard from them again. Filed dispute with BBB which they totally ignored. Warranty worthless!

I had a tree fall on my house last spring and hired Patrick to repair my roof. They did a good job overall, but I would not hire Patrick again or recommend him because he does not stand by his work. While my roof doesn't leak, the gutter was not properly installed or the shingles were not brought out far enough to overlap the gutter and it leaks...every time it rains or there is snow melting off the roof it goes down the side of the house and right into the window of my basement bedroom. I have made multiple phone calls to Patrick asking him to come and look at it, he says he will come back out and he never shows up. A year later and this problem is still not fixed nor do I have hope he will resolve the problem. All in all if you hire him for the job you better hope he gets everything right the first time because he will not make a return visit to fix any problems that may have occurred.

We are sorry for the misunderstanding April. I gave the work order to fix the problem with your gutter, and was under the impression that it was fixed until I read this comment. I came out personally yesterday to your property and fixed your gutter. You shouldn't have anymore problems. I am truly sorry for the misunderstanding and inconvenience.

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
