The work was done quickly and efficiently. The reason for the 4 stars in the service and value is due to the fact that, although original pipe and wire was good and could be reused, the final cost was $800.00 over original estimate. Installer neglected to add labor costs. Get estimates in writing. That being said the installation was painless and installer was friendly and professional.

Very prompt, kept us well informed about the repair to our well. Exquisite service considering weekend repair as we had no water. Technician Jordan did an excellent job and displayed excellent people skills, explaining everything. This outfit made me feel like I was important. Several times over the last few years I have required the services of contractors and every time it was like they were doing me a favor by letting me do business with them and in one case it was a two week wait to get a service person to even come and see my problem. Double R well service got back to me within an hour of my posting my need for their services. And, WOW, they were here the next day! Unbelievable. They give a two year warranty on their service and that is not just lip service. I had a very minor problem with their work and they came right back out and fixed it. If I need any future well or waterline service I will use this outfit. The service men were knowledgeable, affable, diligent and thorough. Great company and great service!!
