Make sure in writing YOU can fire if workmanship poor or they will sue you. Work was not to code. Had to redo sheet rock because no vapor barrier. Cut outlet hole too big. Did not mud/tape corners.Installed bathroom fan without hooking it up to work (because elec hook up was not in the contract). After you sign contract their favorite term is Its not in the contract They choose not to do steps ABC in order instead do A then D and tells you B and C are not in the contract..

Very responsive, friendly, and willing to make improvements. Some things i found after the job was done like paint not in certain areas and other things that seemed to be missed. These were minor. Overall job great

Brenden the owner is very easy to talk to , is fair and honest. His crew and him finished my kitchen remodel in 7 days. If you want a project done fast and right, they are the professionals to use. I am definitely keeping their business card handy.

Brendan worked hard to get the big stuff right. We love our new shower and the work was done timely.

Brendan was an excellent communicator and always arrive early during the whole process. He helped repair our house that was rendered unlivable after a Van had crashed through it into a load bearing wall. I appreciated his integrity and being able to keep his promises that he made. He was understanding of out needs. Hiring Duffy was one of the best decisions I made to take care of our family and get us back into our house. He was able to ensure we received all the permits and pass inspections that occurred. Our house is looking better than ever with the good work that was put into it. I received a certificate of occupancy as promised to get into the house too. I would hire Duffy again if I need to flip a house or take on a major renovation again.

Brandon and Pat Duffy were terrific, very professional and efficient. They were dependable and kept us informed about what was going on. We did have a snow delay for a couple of weeks, but that wasn't their fault, of course! We worked with their architect, Dennis Kirkpatrick, who was also terrific. Brian, their employee did a great job. We are very happy with the results and hope to hire them again in the future.

The job was great quality and done in a timely manner. Any questions or concerns were answered immediately and resolved quickly. My more than I imagined, my bathroom is perfect and my house looks like a whole new house. We couldn't be happier with what's been done.

We had good communications with the owners, through e-mails and phone calls. Their employees are hard-workers and very courteous. It was a good experience working with all of them. All of our friends admire our remodeled kitchen. We are very satisfied with their workmanship. Thank you Brendan and Patrick!!!

Duffy construction rebuilt my deck. Within a week of accepting their estimate the deck was completed and it looks fabulous. The crew that came were very professional and answered any questions I had .I would highly recommend them for any deck building work you need done

They completed the job on time, they arrived on time every day and they do quality work at a fair price. I will hire them again for other projects.
