Avoid! We hired EC pools to close our pool and from the start there were nothing but issues. Erland showed up on the wrong date which I was told I had the wrong date. He covered my pool and took too much water out of the pool which made my cover fall into the pool. when contacting him he said it that he would come and fix and I am still sitting 2 days later with my cover in my in ground pool.

Service was exceptional. Very professional and curtious. Simply great job!

The only thing I had an issue with was getting them scheduled, but overall, the experience was awesome

Pool was not completely cleaned on first visit they came back and I had to repay was promised all needed chemicals would be added to pool by company but only chlorine was added had to reclean ourselves and put the rest of needed chemicals
