The price seemed excessive for a relatively simple job. Charged $600 for about 30 min or less of work. Was for my mother in laws home in another city so I was not able to directly meet and oversee.

He did a great job scraping and recoating my metal roof. He also pressure washed and sealed our fence. Great job as well.

I paid more than other contractors since they appeared to know what they were doing. Time is yet to tell the quality of the house painting but the deck solid "Stain" is peeling in under a year. They also missed paining some areas and they never returned to correct. When I finally got the Sr. Forrest back months later, he was rude and finding excuses with the product. I had recommended them to friends but no more.
