Write a ReviewRyan did amazing work, his customer service was excellent. He explained all the work he would do and the cost was fair.
On time outstanding work waiting on my receipt
Getting a plumber to respond and work was impossible. One call to Ryan and he came in half an hour. His estimate was fast and reasonable. He came the following day WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD and fixed our bathroom. The work is awesome. If you need reliable good plumbing, call Ryan. We can only say thank you.
They were on time the price they given were no hidden fees looking forward to hiring them for another job.
Kept timely appointments. Completed evaluation and made appropriate recommendation thoroughly cleaned up job site. Courteous and caring. Reasonable pricing. No complaints. Added to favorites
Ryan was great. Nice guy and great work was done.
The guy is experienced he has a great customer service.
Ryan was professional with one exception. I call them out because one of the flex pipes sprung a leak, and the water heater was very old and needed to be replaced. I replaced the pipe before they put the new one in. Made the mistake of not checking their work before they left. When I did, I found that they didn't change out the flex pipe I didn't replace. So I'm sure that one will spring a leak soon. I still would recommend them but make sure check the work before they leave.
Hello Beverly ! Thank you for the review and for your business ! The st coming out of your water heater was the issue that was leaking which is why we left the existing pipe there. However, I want you to feel 100% satisfied with our work and company. Please reach out to me and let me know when we can come back out and address whatever you have an issue with ! Thank you, Ryan Galligar (215) 510-9090
When they first came said they will fix for $70, when they came back the second time, they needed more parts, and charged an additional $80. then the total bill is over $200 to fix problem, but he did not fix the problem. We have been trying to reach them and they have not responded.
Price quoted was price charged. Prompt service. Will call again.
