    ELR Construction, LLC, owned by Denise and Michael Minemier, has yet to pay my client for the work done for them. The invoice dates back to two years ago and the outstanding balance is $26,250.     We are just military veterans trying to update our retirement home and absolutely selected the wrong provider. Substandard work. Installed new water heater without changing old rotten drip pan. Mounted sinks incorrectly. Mounted mirrors to close to faucets where faucet hit the mirror. Trim paint was horrible. It felt like primer. They Continued to request additional money and once we refused to pay any additional money they started dragging the project out. A 60 to 90 day project turned into 284 days. Communication was horrible. Took 3 or 4 business days to get a response to questions, if we got any response at all. Could not in good conscience recommend this company to anyone.

    ELR Construction does amazing work! They were very professional and completed the project in a timely manner. You will not regret giving them the opportunity to complete your project.

    WOW, where to begin I cannot say enough about this company ELR. I can say with up most confidents that everything they did for our bathroom remodel is impecable. The removal and replacement of my tub to installing the toilet, lighting,faucet absolutely impecable. Flawless workmanship and very clean. The whole team was involved in our project and the owner was amazing not just to us but his employees as well. Thank you ELR. We will be seeing you again

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
