The roof and gutters look great. The cleanup was was less than I would have liked as I had to pick up a large number of nails and garbage after they left but other than that I thought they did a nice job and did the whole shingle process in 2 days and had the gutters up in one day as well.

I would recommend E & M Roofing Specialists to anyone. Eli, the owner, was really great. We brought him out to check out our roof and he walked through everything with us and through our claim with the insurance company. He met with the adjuster personally and we received the full claim amount for our work. He was very professional and so was his team. They even had to work around some very specific county code regulations and inspections. He is honest and hard-working. Hard to find these days!

Eli went above and beyond with my roof replacement! He encouraged me to file a claim with my insurance company. He met with the adjuster to evaluate my roof and that resulted in a check from my insurance company for several thousand dollars that I would not have otherwise had. They were easy to work with, the best price of the several estimates that I got and was flexible with the payment. I recommend them and would use them again!

I had been speaking with Eli for about 6 months before the project started which was a FULL roof replacement along with decking, shingles, vents... I thought it was going to be a pleasant experience and it turned out to really be a nightmare. The crew he hired to do the work were disrespectful of my property and of me. I ended up having to text Eli everyday to find out when/if they were coming, why things were done the way they were and Eli was pretty rude about me asking... Eli had to pay for the replacement of my gutters, even though they were in great shape, the crew ripped them off the roof, enough so that I've had to repair damage to my soffets in several places after they were done. On the last day, the group only had a couple hours of work left but at about 10:30am they took a break and several of them started drinking beer. I contacted Eli but didn't receive a response. When I got back outside Eli was there and they were still drinking beer and Eli didn't say one word to m. I was not happy because they just left their beer caps laying on the ground on my driveway and I had to be the one to tell the foreman it was unprofessional and they needed to clean it up. Well needless to say, I ended up having to clean it up along with cigarette butts all over my rocks/on my roof/in my lawn and nails which were supposed to be cleaned up per the contract. I have photos of everything. There is more but all I have to say now is I will not hire this company again and will not recommend this company.

We never received a certificate for the roof. My home owner insurance is requesting a certificate. We have asked the owner (Eli) more than once and he still have not mailed or emailed

The whole experience was great. Bobby gave me a roofing education, estimate an was immediately available for any questions or concerns I had. Eli, the owner also came by to introduce himself and to make sure I had all the information I needed. The actual roofing crew was absolutely fantastic. As a result, the roof looks great. Also after the job was finished - I have yet to find even a nail on the ground. Really great company to work with.
