They called me 2x within 2 minutes for 3 days straight. I scheduled for someone to come out. Time frame was 4:30: to 6:00. Tech showed up at 6:37. It literally took him to 2 minutes to put 3 washers on and It costs $130! For 2 minutes! Only half of the issue was resolved. Then he says he cut me a break since he did not have to use any tools. Will not recommend and will not use again.

Due to lack of experience with treatment plants, Eagle Plumbing. turned a simple Lift Pump replacement into a complete replacement of field bed lines. Cost me $2000 for another contractor to rectify there negligence.

Showed up one hour late. I had to call them. Tried to sell me a flush service for $660. Declined. Told them the problem. I just needed the line snaked. Wanted to charge me over $300 to snake a line. Because I had iron pipes. I have had this service done before for around $170.

I called Eagle Plumbing to install a garbage disposal. The owner arrived quickly and carried a huge attitude. His prices are very high and he proceeded to tell me 3 times that he is a "Master Plumber" and his pricing reflects this. I paid his price and my disposal has a slow leek. When I contacted him to come and assess his work, he assured me again that he is a "Master Plumber" and that he would charge me to come and assess his work. He further insulted me by stating that if there was a leek, I probably selected an inferior garbage disposal. I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH A RUDE MAN. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. HE NEVER CAME BY TO ASSESS HIS WORK. I paid another company $129.00 to repair his work. Simply needed more sealant during the initial install.

Dear Sir, As per our conversation on 12/31/2014, I recommended to send a technician over to your home to assess the garbage disposal that you stated was leaking. I offered to have a technician to come and assess the issue and you declined. You were out of warranty by almost 60 days and we still were trying to statisfy you. We gave you a warranty even though it was a part we did not provide. We provided service to you on 8/9/2014 and you had a 90 day warranty which means you only had a warranty up to 11/9/2014, you called 12/31/2014. We never serviced you through Home Advisor.

The repair took less than 15 minutes and the cost was $205. I thought the cost was a little high but they responded same day which was great so I am pleased overall. Sometimes you have to pay for fast and that is worth it!

After experiencing different plumbing companies, I can honestly say that Eagle plumbing got it right. I received a call within 10 minutes of my scheduled appointment, technician arrived on time and he was clean and professional, and last but not least he took care of my problem and he clean up after himself and I also got a warranty. Thank you Eagle!
