the guy had no tools, he was late(very) and when he got done=hot water was streaming full force from faucet and he said he couldn't fix until I ripped my wall out, I had to shut hot water off at water heater and it started leaking......285.00..............not pleased at all

Our office is full aware of your tub faucet leaking and that's why we advised Calvin to turn the water heater off to stop the leaking until you were able to get a new tub faucet installed which requires opening up the wall.
