I would like to say that Earl has saved our company! Our computer crashed, and he was able to salvage the information from our old hard drive and relocate it to our new system! He went above and beyond to make sure that he got us all set up with our new computer, and even made sure we had all the necessary updates, as well as adding a few programs to help us along! He was personable and very helpful, and the response time from the moment of 1st contact to when he arrived at our business location for on-site support was super fast! All on the same day! Earl worked quickly and confidently, and had us up and running in no time at all! I have been telling my boss (aka owner) that we have been needing an IT tech for some time, and now we have one! We will definitely be using Earl services in the future! Thanks again so much for all your help! We would have been lost without you!
