The service was excellent. Rapid response and punctual when arriving to do the repair. Update: 05/25/2023 Several years ago, they put a polymer coating on my roof. Came with a warranty. I now have a minor warranty repair and have called them three times with no callback. I am starting to wonder if the warranty is worth anything.

First off, I blame myself for the decision I made to pay the quoted price. I let the perceived urgency to get the work done combined with the work team being ready to start work immediately cloud my judgement. Specifically, I paid $2,500 (lower than the first number) to re-install a half dozen tiles that had fallen off the roof edge. The work also included replacement of underlayment and batten board. I feel the $2,500 number is egregiously high by at least 2x; probably more. Lesson learned for me. Do not make a contractor decision without being comfortable with the price. My instinct was that the number was high, but I went with it. After the work was done, my instinct was confirmed. Bottom line, shop around and get multiple quotes. I feel that El Dorado does good work, but they are gouging on price.
