Excellent service and qoute

My initial experience with elite was very good. Through home advisor, they reached out to me very quickly. To service techs came out and provided me with a quote. And email came quickly there after and allowed me through email to respond. From there, I never heard back from them. I responded through the email asking if they confirmed receipt and if they would be proceeding scheduling. Never heard back. I emailed them directly and never heard back. I finally called them, and they were very apologetic with no real answers as to why that happened. I ended up doing the work with them and they got me in quickly. The job took about an hour and a half but then looking out my window, they were no longer there. No one let me know that the job was completed or whether or not they had gone to lunch. I was just left in the dark. A day later I did receive an email with an invoice for the job done and I did appreciate that it did have pictures confirming that the job was actually completed. I was expecting a better experience with better communication.

Fast and professional service, they showed up to give a quote for the repair in 24 hours and started the work a few days later.

Very professional and knowledgeable company! Answer and respond all my questions. Include extra home protection with critter blockers. Very good quality work! Very good price compared to some of my friends who hired other companies!
