    If you deal with Empire dealing with their customer service is very hard. Very little time to look at tile options, and samples were very small. Recommend with caution.

    Had to keep demanding they return to finish it. Every time I called headquarters, nobody was there. Every car was on vacation or on extended lunch break for hours.

    Made me use debit card prior to installation to prove ability to pay. Thought this was just a formality. They actually charged my account. The laminate was exclusive to empire so price garauntee meant nothing. It didn't fit together properly and I refused the floor. Tried to pick another product. The salesman dodged and tried to just placate me. After a week of having a naked floor and unfulfilled promises of customer satisfaction, I had no choice but to cancel contract. I have to star over now with another company. They don't have a local store to go talk to someone in charge. Hard to do business with them if it doesn't go right the first time. I was willing to use their overpriced service because of customer service claims. This was a very bad idea.

    Had to have them come back due to some buckling of the laminate, but this was repaired in a timely manner. All workers were very pleasant.

    Had water on floor problem and took 6 days of calling Warranty company for them to come out everyday I had to call finally somebody called me back when I threaten them to go to court

    Kitchen linoleum/vinyl has glue stains which have not been cleaned as of today's date. Moisture problem in bathroom has delayed installation. 13 days have now passed since scheduled installation. Now waiting for installer agent to test moisture level once again. Trust this will be resolved without any further delays...

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
