Had a great experience with Established Construction when I needed to have my front masonry steps rebuilt and new railings installed. Got a great price quote from Val on a Thursday, awarded the contract on Friday and work was performed a little over a week later. The rebuild was completed in one day and the railings were installed the following week. The work was professionally done and the new steps and railings look great. I was also pleased that everything was cleaned up and the scrap bricks and railings were hauled away. I would highly recommend Established Construction for any kind of work that is needed around your property.

I've used Val previous and gave him a recommendation so when it came time to fix my back stoop/steps I called him. He was there within 2 days for an estimate and within a week the job was done extremely well. Val is courteous and reliable and he follows up so you don't have to wonder where he is. He shows up exactly when promised. I will definitely use him again when the need arises.

Val was quick to get the job done. He is hard working and doesnâ t sugar coat anything. He Kept his words which none of the other contractors that worked for me did! He saved us money with materials to the best of his abilities by re-using the same materials and gave us advice on the cost effective materials. Just a suggestion for the people who hire him that if you are in a rush to get something done then Adjust the work schedule and let him work. He knows his work and wants to get the job done as quick as possible as he is very busy. So if he has an opening in his book then donâ t wait. Because he told me he will finish in 3 days and thatâ s exactly what it took him. On the last day he worked with another person from 8 am to 10 pm just to keep his word and his schedule. Also pay him some cash since he has to pay his workers.
