When I put in my request for someone to evaluate my roof, Frank Came over himself. He explained all my options after his inspection and pictures and when I made my choices, he explained that due to the heavy rains, it would be a while before he could get a crew to my house. The wait was worth it, because his guys did an outstanding job, cleaned up the site and let us know their progress each day before they left! Top organizations do it that way!! really glad I got a chance to meet and work with Frank, he was on site each day that the crew worked and I knew he was a hands on owner who cared for his customers and his men.

Quickly came over and repair the roof in a timely matter. I would like to have him come back in a few years to replace the roof. The contractor was very nice and worth the money.

Quick response time to initial phone call. Very professional in determining what repairs were needed and what materials would best suit the repairs. Worked with me through the process. Repairs were done in one day and the job went smoothly.

It was such a small repair. Quoted $75 after he looked at the repair, then when he came later, he said $100 and I could not see what he did or hear anything on the roof. He did not give me a receipt with description of what he did and his manner made me uncomfortable. I have not had any more leaking in the past few rains though. I don't know what he had to do though.
