I hired Frank to repair my roof and paid them $400, when I got home I looked at the repair and it looked like it was repaired with silicone, a couple of days later it rained and the roof was leaking from the same spot, Frank came out and said that they found the leak and fixed it, next rain comes and it was still leaking, they have been here a total of 4 times, and the roof still leaks, so I asked for a refund and Frank wanted another chance, but I hired another roofer and he came out and found the problem and fixed it and now it does not leak, I paid them $400 too

The issue with Mr. R (consumer name withheld per their request) was addressed properly and resolved. It is true that I personally came out four times. Each time I came out there was no visible leak. We literally ran a water hose over the area where it was "leaking" for over 20 minutes. We never saw any dripping water. We replaced rotted wood at the bottom of the roof. We then applied silicone to some shingles that were flopping up.

I thought I paid too much for the amount of work and time spent to fix the problem. I am still waiting for rain to come to test the work F H CONSTRUCTION of Metairie did at my roof leak.

As of today, March 25, 2018, I have not heard from Mr. H (consumer name withheld per their request) and I'm assuming that after all the heavy down pour of rain we've had, there's been no leak. Obviously, the job we did took care of the issue Mr. H (consumer name withheld per their request) was having with his roof.

I called, received a call-back in 15 minutes, described work needed, showed up at my home to look at and estimate repair, agreed on work, started IMMEDIATELY (!!!), fixed roof, left and left card if needed. This was better than I had hoped. Recommended!!!

Frank - was responsive and answered all my questions. They came out on the same day I called them and had the repairs completed in a single day, which was great as a storm was forecasted to be in the area the very next day! He and his co-worker keep the worksite clean throughout the job. The debris were neatly stacked at the curb. I felt the price was reasonable and the workmanship looked good. Following the job, Frank provided me with several pictures of the job that he took during the job. Not only would I recommend FH Construction - I plan to use them again myself should the need arise.
