The FailSafe were professional from the get-go. They made daily reports and answered questions completely and patiently. I definitely would call them again and recommend them to anyone. This was a scary problem, I feel it has been solved professionally.

Fail Safe men were thorough, kept the cost down as much as possible, and made daily reports of the work in progress, including photos. They explained the process and gave advice about keeping the mold away in the future. They were informative and very helpful. They were courteous and pleasant at all times. It was a difficult situation with a tenant who is allergic to this type of mold. It is a relief to have this done! I highly recommend Fail Safe LLC to anyone. Thank you, Fail Safe LLC! It is a good, honest, and reliable company. Most of all : No More Mold Smell!

I can't say enough about Joe and Frank. They know their business. The mold problem was remediated quickly and efficiently at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Failsafe, they were neat, clean, and safe. The containment area was impressive with negative air pressure maintained to avoid spreading spores. This is a big job, with multiple aspects to repair the crack in the outside wall to prevent further issues. Failsafe accomplished its portion flawlessly. The mold and musty smell is gone.
