I had a very difficult type of install using Swedish engineered wood flooring. Installer slowly worked through it with excellent results. Pricing stayed the same even the job took double the length of time.

After they installed wood flooring, I noticed that parts of the floor was iwas buckling. I consulted with an expert on flooring who said he believed the wood was installed too tightly with no room for natural expansion. Christine came to my house and agreed that the floor was improperly installed and promised to make it right. I have not heard from her in weeks. She refuses to take my phone calls. Totally unacceptable that the company refuses to offer an explanation for not following through.

The owners were very pleasant and did much of the work themselves. Problems with the removal of the old flooring with damage to cabinetry, baseboards and wallpaper. The sanding left an obvious ridge in the floor and, a great deal of dust on counters and large pieces of debris in the HVAC ducts. The stain was poorly done. The owners started anew with another sanding and staining. The second attempt was much better, but there were still problems with work done by some of the workers. The owner tried to correct those problems.

Overall product was good. Family hardwood had problems removing deep stains thru sanding process with limitation on how much they could sand off. Ultimately, replacement on some original boards was required and we requested rework on repairing areas and sanding/staining. we are very pleased with final outcome.

I had to point out obvious areas that needed to be refinished. Perhaps with more work experience, the work can be performed well with the first finishing. Update: The more I live with the work they performed, the more flaws I find and the more disappointed I am with the finished produce.

I think they did a pretty good job in the end, once I got them to make it turn key as per the contract. Also, Chris VOLUNTEERED to have his installer write a letter for me to submit to my warranty company, but I've never received it and have asked 3 times over the past 2.5 months. He makes promises and doesn't always follow through. It's very difficult to get him to actually stop talking and Iisten to you. I'm guessing about the value for the money since I had no other estimates. His mother is very nice and more focused on customer service..... I may call her soon to ask for letter.

I was able to reach each member of the team by telephone if I had a concern or question.

Extremely responsive and laser focused on customer service. I had to hand sand some of the edges after the floor was sanded prior to the finish coat being applied. There were a few swirl marks from the edge sander. It was easy to do and the floors look stunning. I could not have sanded the floors myself. Chris Best was very accommodating and communicated as needed to ensure I knew when the crew was arriving and what to expect. The crew was extra special about keeping the area clean and hung plastic to ensure a dust free environment.

We have used Christine and her crew previously and would do so again. Professional service, good quality, fair price.
