Mini Refrigerator for recycling - It cost $80 for Otillo Munoz to come and get my item and haul it away. He called within 24 hrs. after I submitted the request online. He was very respectful and polite. However, his business card says nothing about being part of 'Home Advisor'. I asked him, "how do I know you will not drive down the street with my mini refrigerator and just leave it along side of the road after I pay you". Answer - "that would be illegal and I could be fined". Still, I can not be guaranteed he properly disposed of my item. What assurance do you have he followed the laws? I tried to take the item to a metal recycler and they would not accept it. I do not understand why this process could not be easier and less expensive. $80 seems like a lot of money considering the new refrigerator cost only $140. Thank you. Please respond.

This business was lightening fast in responding to my initial request, prompt and on time and professional. They removed a tree in my yard and carted it and all debris away in total within 30 minutes. They never came to pick up the dishwasher. They called said it would be $45.00 and they would be here around 11:00-11:30, we were here until 3:00. No call, no text, nothing. Called 2 more companies same deal, we will be there but no one comes. If you do not want the business great just do not set up an appointment with me and not cancel. Things happen it is o.k just let us know! My husband went to the dump and actually, we got rid of a lot of stuff we did not need. Still, very disappointing.
