BEWARE OF HIRING THEM FOR A PROJECT. I contracted them via HomeAdvisor with a clear description of the project - sand and staining a 600sf deck. Their HomeAdvisor profile says they Clean and Seal Decks and the reviews were good so I went with them. They were very responsive via text message, which I appreciated, and the work was postponed several times due to weather. They even confirmed what sander they will use!! When the day finally arrived for them to show up and do the work, they said the project was too big for them and then they gave me a list of alternative providers to call. This was unacceptable in my view, particularly as I described in detail the job that was to be completed on my HomeAdvisor request. I would not rely on them to show up and then just turn around and leave if they do not feel like completing the job!

Hello Dustin. Yes, you are absolutely correct, you were very clear with us in terms of the scope of the project and thus should not have had that experience. There is no excuse other than we made a big mistake in our triage and acceptance of the job as we were in the midst of training a new concierge team member. We should have passed on this from the beginning as the project is too large. We do sincerely apologize for wasting your time and we have made process improvements are a result of this experience.

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.

    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
