Write a ReviewThey told me they could fix my door. And I described exactly what needed to be fixed... and I guess hyphen fidnt believe me cause when she showed up they said ? oh I didn?t know it was like this and we won?t be able to fix it, but you?d till have to pay the 95 dollars? I?m p***** I had to pay for them to do absolutely nothing! Never again
Hello Stephanie. Thank you for the feedback. During the appointment we did pinpoint that your door needed a weatherstripping material that is not readily available in stores and requires a follow / special order. You were charged for this visit in error and we did refund you the $94 once this was brought to our attention (and we are very glad you did). We are always looking to improve our service and absolutely have learned from this. Please accept our sincere apologies.
I used Fixer to replace a light fixture in my dining room. I have a very old building (over 100 years old) and always have issues with new electric fixtures, but Ricardo was great -- he figured out how to make it work using the existing junction box that I had and did it in a very timely manner. He was also very friendly and kept me updated on the progress. The light looks great and I'm very happy. Fixer seems more expensive on an hourly basis, but actually I probably would have been charged more if I went with a flat fee charge from someone else.
Efficient, clean, and friendly.
The first guy they sent out was awful and after 2 hours (estimated time was 45 minutes), he still couldn't fix it. So I had to wait a week for another guy to come out and he ended up doing a great job. The customer service staff handled the unpleasant situation well.
good job
Reliable, quick, professional, quality work for the right price!
Jalon did a great job. $94 an hour is a little pricey.
On time.
Technician understood the problem, found a suitable lasting solution and perfectly completed the project.
Linda did a very good job. The few things she couldn't fix were listed for another time. She was careful, thorough, and communicated well. A good experience.
