Jamie team was skilled, thorough and speedy, without neglecting any aspect of the job. In addition, they cleaned the jobsite after EACH day, leaving my property spotless! This might not seem like a big deal, but it's really nice when you are living with demolition on 2,000 sf of roof. Each worker knew their job and went right to work. No time wasting, or gossiping to run the work clock out. Having been in construction for 7 years in Honolulu, I've seen plenty of that, first hand.

John was different - we actually sat for 1/2 hour to chat about his teams, the shingle product and how it is applied, and pricing options. Their pricing was competitive but I selected them more for my belief that the work would be done right. I have a complex roof and I was impressed by the speed and quality. My gutter guards were kept in great shape, the shingle installation was very efficient and the nailing was done properly (on the shiny strip provided by the manufacturer).

I inspected the entire roof thoroughly and the few minor items I found were fixed quickly. The level of communication was high and I believe John and team will continue to stand behind their work.

They are efficient, professional, extremely polite and very thoughtful of your property. In addition, they do one hell of a great new roof. I'm not going to need a new roof for many years to come, but when I do need a new roof again I will not hesitate in hiring Mike and his team at Roofing Industrial Services. Mike and his team not only removed my old roof and installed a new roof, they also removed my existing solar panel array and replaced it after installing the new roof and they came back to double and triple check that all the solar panels were providing energy back into the grid. These guys are exceptional.

From the very beginning Jamie was knowledgeable, transparent, and responsive - pricing was great and the roof turned out amazing! We recently bought a new house that needed a new roof - the wet weather this past winter certainly made that evident. Jamie went above and beyond to ensure the work was done on time and to a high standard. Permitting and inspection process was easy and they were incredibly patient when we had timing hiccups on our own end with our solar company. Highly recommend - also the drone photos we got of our house during the process and to see the finished work was a super cool touch!
