I have to say that initially I was very disappointed with the communication or lack thereof when I had more concerns about the product I was purchasing I tried calling the sales representative on several occasions and he would not even take the time to call me (the customer back). I then tried calling the person who emailed me information regarding my project and she would not call me back. Now I must say that there were three people that deserve compliments, they are; Hurlene Thornhill (project coordinator), Mindy Haralson, and Abraham Joseph (installer) and his team. I thought I made a serious mistake doing business with this company but these three individuals changed my mind about my choice of window installers, the product is excellent and Hurlene took the time to answer my additional questions which helped restore my decision in choosing this company to install my windows. And I must say again the product is excellent and I really like how easy these windows will be to clean. Thanks so much Hurlene, Mindy and Abraham, all of you are assets to Florida Window and Door.

Alain Corona and his team did an excellent job installing hurricane windows and an sliding door on my house. He is very professional, detailed oriented. He Took time to explained the process and the products. Very meticulous during the instalation and cleaning up after job was completely. Great work ethics!

Just a poor experience all the way around. Ruined every single exterior window trim, windows donâ t line up with frame of house - have to get them specially trimmed out now at an additional cost of $900 not including the trim we installed ourselves. QC follow up wasted my time with poor scheduling. Very disappointed and would NOT recommend.

We had our Windows and Doors Replaced last year in November since than we have nothing but problems with that company, our windows are not sealed right there is air coming through and the doors don't lock right, and they damaged my front door and refused to replace it. Now they are threatening me they would put a lien on my house when I don't pay it, I don't want to pay until they fix my windows and doors. they didn"t even paid the contractors who put them in.. we got a letter today, I will find a lawyer who can help me with that mess

The WORST! After waiting 6 months for our windows, A very nasty manager named Garson threatened us with legal action and a lean on our house. This was because I refused to pay for widows in full, before they even started installing them. I finally was able to have someone in their corporate office take my call and give me assurances the job would be done to my satisfaction. Well, Iâ m here to show yâ all the sloppy installation issues, that they refuse to fix. The kitchen window is installed crooked. There are windows that have over 1â wide caulked gaps. They broke out the window sill tiles and caulked them in loose. Two white windows were caulked in with almond colored caulk. We sent them the pictures of these issues and they sent the installers back to fix them. The installers showed up without their tools and told me to just paint over the caulking and the caulking smeared on the new window frames. I told them since they refuse to fix it, I will get somebody else to do it.

Repeated calls complaining about the installation crew and their lack of knowledge went unanswered and we were basically told that the windows and doors were installed and the trim alignment issues and cracked trim and broken tiles and broken blinds on doors not even being replaced were the contractorâ s issue. Even though we failed inspection the first time and would have failed again had the contractor not been sitting in our driveway when the inspector was finishing their walkthrough. We didnâ t even have contact info for the contractor and when quality control came out after our FOURTH complaint, we were basically told â sorry not sorryâ . We are embarrassed to have people over with all the issues we have with our doors and windows. We are now going to hire another contractor we trust to come correct all the issues we were left with from their installer. We have 4 more doors we want done, but will NEVER use them again or refer them. We have even steered people AWAY from using them.

seems like they sold me a quality product they did not know how to install, they refuse to come back and fix all of the poor workmanship. installed wrong trim (didn't fit the opening) on front door and said correct part will be in in 2 weeks. still waiting 2 months later

We had hurricane windows installed in Master bedroom. They initially installed the windows upside down. I know, how can you do that? But, they did. After fixing this issue they cracked the sills and the caulking looked like a 3 yr old did it. After inspection, we have been waiting 9 months for them to come with screw head covers and install. They always have an excuse. After going thru Hurricane Ian, the windows survived. However, 4 months after Ian, 1 of the windows has cracked. We notified them, but they have been totally unresponsive. This is absolutely the WORST Company i have ever dealt with!! Crappy installers, unresponsive service, and do not honor their stated warranties/guarantees.

This company is completely inept in handling customer service. The low E failed on one of my brand-new windows. Twice they came out. Forgot the window the first time and brought the wrong window the 2nd time. The people I spoke to had an attitude and took no responsibility for these errors, blaming it on the manufacturer and not themselves. The manufacturer yes however I did not buy through the manufacturer, I bought through Florida Window and Door. Be very wary before doing business with them. They have very poor and inept customer service!

Do Not Hire This Company!(FLORIDA WINDOW AND DOOR) I had them install windows but the damage they did around the outside of the windows is uncalled for. gouging the stucco, taking new paint off of newly painted house, They refuse to come and repair the damage. They screwed the window to my marble window sill, my old windows were not screwed to my marble sill, l will not pay a penny for the damage they have done until they repair the stucco and paint! I am not able to get on a ladder anymore at 81, to fix this mess. I have called and called, I never get a call back, am being ignored. I have written to BBB and hope they will help me .I have a lawyer appt and hope I can get help somewhere!!
