The installers on our project were nothing short of amazing! Our salesman had done our measurements and had lead us to believe some basically impossible things were possible, Magnus Odinsson and his assistant Devion Erickson were amazing! They took the time to solve the problems created by bad measurements and poor design! On a more personal note they even took the time to stop and introduce themselves to my 4 dogs so that they would settle down and quit barking at the "strangers" in the house. I live over an hour from the Dreamstyle warehouse and on both days of installation these guys made the 2 hour round trip trek back to the warehouse to get replacement pieces to fix the issues caused by the bad measurements! They worked late into the evening both days to make sure our job was not only complete but completed in such a way that it will be sturdy, functional and last. My house is over 80 years old and the bathroom was last updated in the early 80's and it was done badly, Magnus and Devion rolled with the crazy and even made it into a joke! These guys were AMAZING!!! I would not only reccomend Dreamstyle to family and friends I would even tell them to ask for these guys to do the install!

They Finance if you don’t have the cash and thats a good deal.

Cancelation policy is enforced even when product has not been ordered or final measurements done. Literally only saw a salesman. Our circumstances changed as well as the cost being extremely high. Because we waited longer than 3 days we we were told (RUDELY) that we would be charged a 33% of total cost . The reason we were given **to many people cancel and this is a deterrent** Makes sense if the product has been ordered, etc. But after 1 sales call? Would not recommended this company to anyone. However, the sales person was great.

Totally awesome in every regard

I replaced almost all my windows and patio doors. It was a big project and Dreamstyle executed it really well. The company was great to work with. The project manager was very responsive, and the crew was super nice to work with. The crew was very respectful of my home and customer service oriented. Overall, a great experience.

Hired to do a shower replacement. Took 3 months (May until August) to get on the schedule, showed up one day without setting or confirming an appointment. When properly rescheduled, did not install materials ordered. Contacted them the next day, sent photos (2 months ago). Said they would create a work order and would contact us when correct materials were received. Also sent multiple emails to their "customer advocate". No response. Do not fall for the financing offer. Told their finance company the work was not properly done. Was told because they showed up and did work, even though it was wrong, the finance company would pay Dreamstyle and I was on the hook for the full amount. Once Dreamstyle got their money, we never heard from them again. Buyer Beware!!!

Windows were very good just not happy with the sliding glass door. Quality was very good but the door frame was significantly smaller then the original door leaving a gap in my flooring.
