Chris came to our home when our water wouldn't get hot. We had just moved into the home and found out it was just a circuit breaker. He only charged us for the service call. I will call them in the future for all my plumbing and heating needs.

My air conditioner was out and they immediately tried to fix it.

We had an old, non-working, leaking water softener in our garage. It was creating a pool of water on the side of our house and constantly running water. Free-Flow called in no time and said someone would show in an hour. They sent me a text with the name of who was coming, and when he was on his way. Dave showed up and assessed what was wrong and how much. The price was very fair. He removed the old water softener and capped the water lines within 30 mins. He even disposed of the old water softener. Free-Flow did a great job and so did Dave. No more running, leaking water in garage and outside of home! Problem gone! I would highly recommend!
