Kevin , not only was a very nice young man, he know what he was doing and did it well. He removed my old water hearter quickly, and had the new AO Smith Brand in and working great all within about 3 hours. Great service and price. I've already recommended him to my son Anthony who was having smelly hot water.. his water heater was aslo replaced and now the water is clean and smell free. Regards Donald

Very trustworthy contractor. His price was next to the lowest and trust threw me over to picking him instead of the lowest price (who was also trustworthy, but sometimes I just have to go with my gut feeling of who to choose). He was lower than 2/3 of the estimates. I don't think you can go wrong with Free Flow. I highly recommend them and will recommend to my friends.

Scott was great in spead and professional correspondences, arrived on time with courteous head-up call, and the best yet, not charge me when the issue does not calls for any extensive repair. I definitely recommend him to others.

Scott Russell is the Master Plumber and owner of Free-Flow Plumbing, Inc. and he actually does the work! I like to have the owner of a company do work for me because you have QUALITY control that you can count on. Scott did the job exactly to code, and was tidy as he worked. He was very courteous, considerate of my time, and did an outstanding job! Plus, his price was as outstanding as his work! I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends! His work ethic makes him a keeper!
