I called to schedule our appointment an hour later than the automatic appointment from Home Advisor. The company did not show to our appointment (which means they would not have shown at the earlier appointment if I would have changed my schedule around). I called them and they said they tried to reach me (although I showed no messages or missed calls). He said they were running late on a prior job. He asked about meeting later. I requested a meeting at 4pm, and he said he would let me kow if he could make it. They called me again at 5pm to see if they could come over. We met at a little after 6pm. I was offered to do the work that night or next day. We scheduled work for the next day, and thankfully we did, because it took all day. The guy that showed up did not speak English very well. This made communication difficult. While doing the work they ran into additional issues,because it's an older house. Origingal request was to fix leak and to change faucets in tub (with assumption faucets were causing leak). That work was done. The leak seems to be fixed. We also ended up having to change plumbing on a sink (as well as older sink) due to some lines that crossed with tub. Of course the price changed. It woud be nice if prices were given for the added work before doing the work versus afterwards. I also think a better look in the beginning would have seen some of the additional work that was needed. Overall the work was ok. The price was ok. Initial meeting and overall communication could have changed this review to possibly 5 stars and definitely would have created a better customer experience. All was well enough that I would try the company again.

The technician was polite and identified the problem right away. He went over and above. The company was willing to come at 6 pm and charged the same as if during the day. I would use this company again.

Work was done next day after visiting for consult and quote late afternoon. Was able to pay invoice online. Could not be home during job, but G&A kept me posted along the way. Very professional, trustworthy and courteous. Worth it, highly recommended. A+++++++

Very professional and knowledgeable about our issue. We needed a new dishwasher installed and had some problems with our garbage disposal. The work was done pretty quickly and affordable for what needed to be done. We read the previous customer reviews before deciding who to go with, and agree with what they were saying.
