I had an immediate need for my garage door to be repaired. Within an hour the repair man Jake was on site had all of his equipment and supplies necessary to make the garage door fully functional. His customer service was exceptional.I have logged his contact information into my cell and would definitely contact him again if I need any garage door repair.

He came when promised and offered a variety of solutions for our problem, ranging from a budget-friendly solution that others didn't offer, to a rebuild solution that would be a better long term solution. We obtained 4 estimates and his was comparable with the lowest. He's super experienced and knowledgeable so the install went really smoothly. If you can't tell, I was incredibly impressed and overjoyed with the service !!!

Jake zipped right over same day for my garage that wasnâ t closing. Figured it out and worked on a couple other issues i wanted help with. Super friendly. I will use him again!

Jake is about the nicest guy you'll ever meet! He reached out quickly after I asked for quotes on Angi. I had never heard of his business before, so I was hoping for the best. He was able to come the same day, give an honest assessment of the issues we were having with the door, then replaced several parts, including a new motor. Our garage ceiling is very high with office furniture piled up on the floor, but he cheerfully and skillfully navigated all of it. Very pleased with his work and pricing. Thanks Jake!

Looks legit, seems legit, but Jacob K of Garage Doctors of Utah is not legit, and is a thief. We hired Jacob Kirtland of Garage Doctors of Utah to replace our garage door. I gave him a 50% deposit of $1,050.00 on August 9, 2021. He is been extremely good at being non-communicative. The door was scheduled to be installed on December 20, 2021. That has not happened. I have texted him multiple times and have left a detailed voice message, all through end of December 2021. He has not responded to me since November 30, 2021. He is been given multiple chances to respond, and do the right thing but has chosen not to. After doing a deep dive into online reviews, Jake K has done the same thing to many others. He is taken deposits, or full payment for services hired, but not followed through with projects, and not refunded monies paid to him as a result of no service or installation. In addition, some of the reviews I found written, were by his wife. A complaint has been filed with the State of Utah Division of Consumer Protection. Next, legal action against Garage Doctors of Utah. Update 2-25-2022 After filing a complaint with State of Utah Division of Consumer Protection I did receive my deposit back.

Jake is great. Doors are what was ordered and super glad to have him work on our shop. Thanks, Jake!

Jacob was so nice to work with. He was very responsive and we had a new garage door the next day. The pricing was lower than I expected and straight forward. I would highly recommend Garage Doctors.
