Communication was perfect. I contacted the company and they came out to assess the situation quickly. My house was reconstructed after "Superstorm Sandy" and only the motor was still operational. I had purchased some of the components needed to convert my garage door from manual status to automatic, they brought the rest. The owner Ben came back with his brother Israel a couple of days later with everything needed and installed my parts along with his own in record time. I can't say enough about their service, customizing things to your specification and needs, along with thorough in both planning and explaining and setting expectations. They went above and beyond adding new cables and parts where needed. Once the work is completed they carefully walk you through programming. They recommend you film that 5 minute tutorial on your phone so you always have it. Extremely courteous, friendly, efficient and two of the most honest Men you could meet. It was a pleasure to do business with them both. The garage door now opens smoothly, and quietly. I even got a reasonable price and have a one year guarantee on their parts and workmanship. Ben did a great job He took down the old garage door, tracks, brackets, etc. and hauled it all away He installed a new garage door, tracks, etc. He also replaced some old wooden trim with new vinyl trim My old garage door was made of wood and I'm glad I have a steel garage door now Job was totally complete within 2 days He explained the operation of the locking mechanism in detail as far as opening and closing the garage door from both sides The bottom of the door was weatherstripped and the remaining sides of the door were sealed off with trim to keep the cold air out Ben is obviously a skilled craftsman who takes pride in his work If you want quality work I would strongly suggest using Ben Your new garage door will look like fine art
