Very informative about the products.

Tom was fantastic to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Not only installed my AC (which is working great), but also cleaned out my furnace fan, and let me know about a leak under my house, that I was able to fix before I had to get a costly plumber involved! The electrical company he uses (Oakley) also did a great job with the electrical work. I can't recommend Tom enough!

Super friendly, super honest with a CAN DO attitude. They certainly went the extra mile with us. We had a difficult install scenario but Tom put the extra time and effort into planning out what needed to be done to get it right. All done in 1 day. We are beyond satisfied! I definitely would recommend Glacier HVAC. Great service!

Tom was great I needed a new furnace and AC unit for my rental house, he had the best pricing for the quality, he was able to get me scheduled for the next day so my renters wouldn't be without heat. He did a great job, cleaned up the work area and hauled off the old furnace and AC. I was hesitant at first to go with a small business that was new but after talking to Tom, he assured me he would be there to follow up if I had any complaints. He did a great job, and I would recommend him to any of my friends and family.

Great price, customer service was excellent. On time, cleaned up and explained everything. Tom even checked back to make sure everything was working or if we had questions.

I hired Glacier HVAC To install a new furnace and water heater. I had interviewed three other companies. I liked the fact that glacier is a small company and the owner Tom did all the scheduling and installation. The work was prompt and very well done. The price was mid range between the other bids. Inspection by Happy Valley was scheduled the day after installation. Tom is a very personable individual who wants to please his customers. He gave me a follow up call after installation and actually brought new filters the next week because he had forgotten to give them to me At the time of installation. I will use his company again for future HVAC needs and would highly recommend him to others.

Tom was really great to work with. When I called him with a cold house full of children he came out the same day, and had a new furnace put in the next day! We were very impressed with his customer service. We would recommend him highly.

These guys were great. I ditto all the other reviews and then some. Tom did additional work for me at no additional cost. The bid was great the work was excellent. I would recommend /rehire these guys in a minute.
