I like the countertop, but the crew that installed didn't clean up the mess. They carried in a shop vac, it would have been nice if they had used it.

Chris was our initial point of contact. He was great to work with and explained how the entire process would work. Elvis came out to measure and gave us ideas that we had not thought of. After that we picked out our product, notified Chris and it was ordered. Installation day came and the entire process was great. Elvis and his crew were terrific. They removed our old counters and installed our beautiful quartz countetops!!! The are absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend Granite Karma.

I hired Granite Karma to do a removal of an existing counter and an install of a new granite counter. Ramon, my point of contact, was extremely responsive. He answered all of my questions (and I had many) quickly and thoroughly. All of their appointment times we kept and they actually installed our granite earlier than his first estimate date, which was already reasonable. The crew that did the removal of our existing counters were pleasant and worked quickly to keep the entire removal and install within a day. They did an ample job of cleaning up after themselves and even saved a few pieces of our old counter top trim that they thought might tie in well with our existing back splash (which they had to preserve since we already had that in place). As it turns out we ended up using those materials based upon their recommendations and it turned out great. I have worked with numerous contractors throughout the years and these guys were truly top notch. If you are looking for a granite company that truly "under promises and over delivers" than I recommend you employ them for your next granite project.

Ramon responded quickly to my initial inquiry about installing new granite countertops in our condo. Within the week, the area was measured and, we visited AZ Tile and chose a slab. Elvis and his crew installed them during the evening hours ,to accomodate our schedule. They were polite,professional, and prompt. Granite Karma provided excellent service at a price much lower than the big box store in this area of Chandler.

Ramon called me back within a minute of my initial inquiry, it just so happened that he was able to come out same day for an initial estimate. He saw big picture right away, had some granite samples that I was leaning toward and was able to give me price points. I got my written estimate that same day! Needless to say, the installers operate in exactly the same way Ramon does. They called to set up measurements, they were friendly and respectful. Once I put my granite on hold at Az Tile, Granite Karma told me I'd be a week out from installation. I am so happy with the end product, it would be very difficult for anyone else to even come close to the service that they provide. I highly recommend calling them! You won't be disappointed. BTW, this is the 3rd home that we've installed granite in, and couldn't get anyone else to call us back to do this job. It's Granite Karma from here on out for us.
