we were not going to go with grapids after we were treated like we were being a pain by not being sure at first how we would do our financing. our customer rep told us she did not want to drive out to our house for a second time and we were taking money out of her wallet but not being sure. she also told my husband that he didn't need to go back to work, he should get some hobbies instead. even complained that my dog's breath was really bad. then came the real shocker: the price!! we were going to hold off but brian talked to paul and he made things rights. no problems at all with the crew that came out, they were great and very patient. they explained everything from top to bottom and in layman's terms. cleaned everything up and stayed late until everything was complete. thank you for making everything right, you could have very easily have lost a customer.
