Write a ReviewHandy Andy is a great professional.
So far,Andy is a quality contractor and he shoots straight with you!
I though HandyAndy was great...he did a great job on our home improvements.
A good portion of the work was done poorly and we continue to find problems. New doors leak, new doors will not close, newly installed door hinges not fastened properly, new gutters leak, new sinks leak, and the paint is the worst. It took over 2 months to get a call back /visit about our complaints and even after agreeing our complaints were justified, we have received one visit and 1-2 hours of work. Odds are we will have to spend another few thousand dollars to get someone else to repair the repairs. Sour grapes? Buyers remorse? We have pictures and video that we will be happy to provide to anyone.
This work was never completed by our company. In over 20 years of business here in metro Atlanta, we've had very few complaints. Less than a dozen complaints after completing 1,000s of projects large and small. We don't have any records matching up with this client and as the owner, I have no idea who this person is. My guess is that's it is mistaken identity. There is no way that we can satisfy every homeowner that we work with...it's like dating, sometimes it just is a personality battle. We'd love to actually hear from this reviewer, see the receipt and if we owe them anything at all....happy to correct the issues. Here, I don't believe this is even our work! It's difficult to even get homeowners to write reviews.....ours are mostly 4 & 5 stars. Our biggest issues is simply keeping up so please be patient!
Andy came out to my house to fix our roof leak before it started raining that night. He was very informative and professional. I would recommend him to anyone.
I called Andy Tuesday afternoon, and he came to my house prepared to begin repair work the next day. He explained all of the work that he did and provided me with additional recommendations to improve my home. There was a rainstorm that same night, and Andy even called me the next day to make sure there were no issues with the roof after the storm - there were none. Andy and his crew were very courteous, professional, and extended GREAT customer service. I HIGHLY recommend Handy Andy to everyone.
Contractor went to the property the same day. Good communication and follow up
Did a very good job on replacing rotten siding and rebuilding entire chimney at my two-story home. Courteousness, promptness, and workmanship were excellent. The only complaint I have is that when they found additional areas that needed fixing and were not included in the original estimate, they charged what I thought were high prices to fix those smaller things. I did ask them to come down on the price given that I was using them for the larger job, but they only took a few dollars off their estimate.
Excellent work. A little disorganized at times, but our project was extensive and involved numerous subcontractors.
