Listen...if you are looking for a TRUE handyman...your search is over. I am a restaurant owner and had a list of repairs that needed to be addressed in getting ready for our busy season. I am probably the most anal customer one could have and Manny was definitely the man for the job... professional, polite, respectful, efficient and handled everything we threw at him without any resistance. When presented with his invoice... he might have been a bit pricey, but to be honest... I didn't care. After going through two others, that we were not pleased with... Manny was worth his cost for the peace of mind, knowing we were finally in good hands! If you have to hire a handyman... really... you don't have to look any further. I am a Florida State Licensed General Contractor. I needed some "Kool Dek" repair work done and being too elderly to do it myself I was looking for a Handy Man to do it. I saw Manny's truck and decided to call him. He came to our home, looked at the job and honestly told us he knew nothing about "Kool Dek." I told him That I would work with him if he was interested. What a find!! Manny learned very quickly, found the materials, followed directions and did a wonderful job. Based on his overall knowledge of construction ,willingness to learn, neatness and honesty I would recommend "Handy Manny's Services" to anyone needing this type of work done

Manny replaced and secured a high soffit panel and reconnected a dangling outdoor floodlight. He noticed the end of a broken bulb in the socket- removed it and replaced it with a new flood light that I provided. Very personable, polite and handy. Definitely would recommend based on my project.

Manny called ahead of time. He was prompt, never over promised and delivered what he said he would. The work quality was very good. He accomodated me when I needed the work to get done quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for home maintenance type jobs. His rates are fair and he is honest.
