Because of Paige I am now going to have to hire and pay someone else to fix most of the things that I paid him for. Not once did he consult an instruction booklet to make sure that he was doing or had done things correctly. In my bathroom the Shower enclosures instructions said to use adhesives and sealants to keep it from leaking, Paige told me it was just a snap together model and needed none of these, the instructions showed otherwise. The instructions specifically said not to use drywall screws to secure the walls as this would cause it to crack and void the warranty, Paige used all drywall screws. He also installed a new faucet in the shower however again he did not consult the instructions and so I had to pay a plumber to fix. Paige told me that if I bought a 60" shower enclosure a 60" so that is what I bought. I printed out and handed him the instructions to read he chose not to read them and it did not fit. He then proceeds to blame me for buying the wrong door and wasting his time. Then tells me he is pissed off and left all of the parts of the door strewn about my bedroom and panels of glass leaning on the walls unsecured and left for the weekend while berating me how I had chosen the wrong door. The shower door was a special order item I had to pay a restocking fee. The shower walls also now have holes in them that he drilled. Tony was trying to clean up the mess so I could sleep in my bedroom and was chased him out the door because it was 5 and he had to make it to the bank with my check. Tony (his employee) is a very hard worker who tries very hard, Paige denigrates him and chastises him and yells and swears at him, and uses him as a scapegoat. The floor in the bathroom comes up to the door however there is a half inch gap. The light is hung uneven where one end of it touches the wall and the other side has a half inch gap Under my vanity top the supports are cracked wood, he did not pre drill he holes so the wood split. The flooring in my kitchen received the same treatment, rather than removing the trim as the instructions indicated, Paige decided that I needed a very unsightly shoe molding. When he did the small section of flooring in my living room he accidentally cut a piece wrong because "The light was bad" I had also hired him to paint. After two weeks the tape is already cracking and pulling away from the ceiling! While Paige was repairing nail holes he made the statement that he can not afford to "fix them all" And would not be filling all of the holes. There are several light spots of paint on the walls and in the corners and in the window sills. The cut in lines on the ceiling are not even. He also installed my garage door opener and only time will tell if that will fail, he had to set it off center because supposedly he could not get it plugged into the outlet in the ceiling, lift arm is screwed into the door and held in place by a split board. During the installation they had great difficulty installing one portion of it

They came out right away and did a really good job. They seemed real knowlegable about decks, and choose a very good oil based product to use. The deck looks good, but I think a second coat of stain wouldn't hurt at this time. I don't know much about pricing these kinds of projects, but I think they charged a resonable price. They got this done right before the cool weather set in. I'm glad I called them when I did.

He called; came out when he said he would; gave us the bid and started promptly on the time/day he stated. He and his worker did a super great job, the results are beyond expectations. The also did the clean up as promised. Let's just say, we have more similar work needs and plan on using Hogan !!

They came out on Labor Day, got the material and fixed my deck problem on the spot the same day!
