I had jeff out to look at ice maker. He replaced unit incorrectly. 225.00 came back 2 days later replaced wster pressure valve 80.00. Still no ice. At that point he walked away from it. Turns out we had bad saddle valve that another contractor spotted within minutes 125.00.. 430.00 total for a 5.00 valve. Thanks Jeff.

I performed the repairs as per the factory recommendations. I?m sorry that it was not the correct fix. I offered Brian not to have to pay for the parts but he insisted. I?m sorry this situation did not go well but I tried to make it right. Look at all my other EXCELLENT REVIEWS. 1 unhappy soul out of hundreds served.

Jeff fixed my dryer. The next week the belt slipped off. He came out right away to fix it. All good so far. However, after 3 uses the belt snapped. I ve texted and called several times. But, I ve yet to hear from him. I needed to have the dryer fixed. So, I called another repairman.

I?ve been taught not to say anything about someone if it?s not nice . I told him that I had a family emergency out of town and would not be back for a while. I did not return texts or emails until our family was passed this terrible event. Shame on him to not respect our privacy

Jeff was very good about getting back to me and told me he would call when he was on his way. At 45 minutes from his call he was here. Was able to pull the refrigerator from the wall, something other men haven't been able to do in the past. He broke the news that it was the compressor and that he doesn't do compressor work in a residential place because of needing to weld it. He was able took up the age of my refrigerator - 16.5 years and told me what I'd already guessed, it wasn't worth fixing. So it was a bad news/good news situation. I get to pick out a new refrigerator.

I am not a "review" type of person, but do feel compelled with this one, in a good way! Jeff was very friendly and knowledge, was able to solve our problem quickly, fair priced, I'd hire again in a heart beat!
