I had a refrigerator go-out and Jeff was able to come immediately. He gave me the bad news that the problem was the compressor. While he does not work on compressors, he gave me the name of someone who does and the name of an appliance sales company that should be able to help me immediately. All his advice was excellent and I was able to get immediate resolution.

arrived quickly. service call price was very reasonable. was very possible that he could repair it. if repair was to be expensive he suggested that u get a new frig. added feon . frig works great. final repair bill was reasonable. would call him again

Jeff was super quick in returning my inquiry for help and he was also the only repair person to say he could get to my repair faster than anyone else. His base price for diagnosing the issue was quite reasonable and since he didn't need parts to discover and fix the issue, that was my only cost. He arrived on time, honored my request that he wear a mask in my home, and was very polite and efficient. I will definitely use Jeff again if needed in the future.

I received prompt service. Jeff was friendly, knowledgeable and got right to work. Fixed my problem in about an hour. Charged me the agreed upon rate with just an additional charge for a part. Heâ s great with dogs and cats as well. I would hire him again.
