We were extremely pleased with Imagiscapes! Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable. He and his crew took out our old paver patio and deck and installed a new paver patio and fire pit that looks fabulous!! They finished in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Imagiscapes!! You wonâ t be disappointed!

We paid Brandon nearly $30k for a patio, pergola, and landscape. We initially thought the finished product looked great, but looks can be deceiving. Hardscape: We received quotes from three different companies to fix the expected yard damage and all three commented how bad the patio looked. I contacted Brandon with this information and he was quick to deny it - he said that these contractors were just nitpicking. Understandable for one or two, but all three? I was finally able to get him out a few weeks later - he agreed that the patio was not correct and agreed to fix it. It took months to get the patio fixed. Soon after, the edging fell apart and needed redone again. His crew also trampled over and killed all the plants around our patio while fixing it, but this was not a battle I wanted to fight. Landscape: All 20 of our trees that Brandon planted had died, so I hired a state certified arborist to look at the cause. His assessment was that they were planted incorrectly. Brandon was quick to deny any wrong-doing here as well, but wanted to try to make it right. Much like the patio, it was being done in the quickest, cheapest way possible. Not only this, but his crew ended up leaving unexpectedly in the middle of the last day due to the heat with no follow-up. This is fine, we are all human, but what is not fine is when all communication is ignored after there were yards of material sitting in the street and a bunch of unfinished work. Brandon had told me prior that this was the last day to get this done as his crew was going on vacation. I could only assume at this point that I was being ghosted, so we finished the work ourselves. The whole process took 6 months and was very frustrating. There was also labor on our part and even more money for mistakes that we did not make. I would not recommend as this is the worst experience with a company I have ever had. Find someone more legitimate.

Brandon was great to work with. I tend to be a perfectionist, and he was patient with my many questions and stone choices. Highly recommend. Really spiced up the curb appeal of our home. We love our new extended patio, steps and sidewalk.

Brandon and his crew did a good job on the patio. The project got delayed quite a bit due to the weather and took a week longer than anticipated but overall it was a good experience.

Highly recommend Imagiscapes! They went above and beyond our expectations. The work is amazing, the crew is professional and hard working to get the project done in a timely manner. And they were patient with our ever changing ideas. We will definitely use them again!

It was a very good experience. I hired Brandon to finish my Vinyl flooring for my basement. He showed up on time and answered all my questions patiently. He is hard working, knows his job well and a pleasure to work with. No doubt he did a fantastic job ! I recommend him 100%

My pergola was a 20x20 . Along with the pergola Imigiscapes did a patio, walkway and a fireplace. They did a beautiful job. The customer service was outstanding. I would definitely use them again.

They are hard working and guaranty the work. Completed job as it was designed and completed on time. Followed through the project.

They did a great job. The put in a paver deck going two directions, a pergola and a fire pit. Looks great!
