Write a Reviewtina young and her crew a very talented and friendly I would highly recommend them
A great team! The lead was a dedicated worker who did an amazing job with our deck refinishing, making sure the job was done right. And his assistant was a stickler for detail and made sure the railings were perfect. Thanks, everyone!
Good communication. They sent a daily text message, sometimes with photos, on the job progress
Hmm
Tina and her team were fantastic from the get go! I received a quote within an hour by taking pictures. They were here the next morning at 9:00 sharp. It only took a few days of putting in long hours, proving to be a dedicated team. Tina checked in often to make sure all was on track and to be sure they were putting safety first. The end result exceeded my expectations AND they left my backyard spotless. A+++
he did a great job
i was satisfied
Tina and Andrew were the most professional that I have found in Seattle. The last company you sent were very bad and I refused to even write a review (chimmey removable). BUT this time they were perfect for the job. I will use them for all my future work in my home.
Good and helpful people. Not the most organized. 2of 3 jobs were very well done, the 3rd turned out to need no workmanship but the bill was unchanged.
"In The Light" started out by not showing up on contracted day and not informing me until that day when I had already demo'd my existing fence. A week later they started what should have been a straightforward fence build by mis-aligning the two gate posts by 6 and 8 inches as well as several others. Re-positioning caused them to destroy a large area of patio I had to replace. They even stomped on and killed a rose bush over 6 feet from any working area. The "foreman" was present for less than 2 hours the 1st day and about 40 minutes the 2nd day (when a text message the owner sent to me said they would be finished) during which their workers (one of whom said he'd been sourced from the Home Depot parking lot) did mediocre work and I ended up supervising them (so he wouldn't spend hours sitting or on his phone with no direction) and lending my tools (which they did not put back and left on the ground -- and I'm still looking for one of my shovels!). They said they would fix everything but don't work with any rain in forecast -- even if it's not raining and radar shows only a slight chance. More delays. The 3rd (working?) day they accomplished very little. Three days to install 15 posts and some rails -- and no fence. The foreman tried to shovel dirt into the re-positioned posts with no additional concrete until I went and bought a couple of bags. The owner would not accept responsibility and still will not, trying to blame everything except their incompetence. Since I had already paid 1/2 of bid and that covered the materials and "labor", I fired them. What should have been a straightforward 2 1/2 day job ended up exposing my house with no fence for 4 weeks. Pictures available.
