Owner of company was abrasive. Told Him to dispose of removed fan. Instead left fan on my side lawn exposing it to other neighbors. Picture was taken and sent to HOA causing me to incur a violation of my bylaws. He is unresponsive to follow up calls. My latest call 7/24/18 was answered and he abruptly hung up on me.

Not true, you told us your friend was coming to get them . I went to Lowe's with you to help pick out lights and fans at no charge. I didn't get abrasive until you started saying you where going to give me a bad review if I didn't come over and do additional work for FREE! . If you just asked I would have! WHEN I HAD A CHANCE! You expected me to drop what I was doing? That is simply not fair to my other customers! Sorry.

James set appt. to meet my boyfriend at noon. I had my boyfriend drive half hour to my house and James never called or showed. I called James several times and the last time at 12:40 leaving a voicemail with no return call. Very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional of James that I inconvenienced my boyfriends' day to have him meet and get this type of treatment. James finally called back well after 2 hours being late to say I did not think we had anything set for sure.We than set to meet again at 5:15 after I got off work. He than called to say it would be 5:30. He showed at 5:30 was there until 6:16 so 46 mins. Charging me a 2 hour minimum and than charged me the $27 fee on top of that that HomeAdvisor charges him for me using them. I asked him about the job in the garage which was to rerun the electrical cord to the garage door opener. He said he did not have time but would have to come back and that would be another 2 hour minimum charge. He did not fix the door bell, the 2 GFI plugs (1 in bathroom and 1 in kitchen), and the kitchen switch by the garage door. What the heck I thought, I paid for 2 hours and got 45 mins. While he was here his wife called wanting to know where he was and when he would be home for dinner and what he wanted. He was in a hurry to get out of here. After the inconvenience from earlier in the day he made no compensation at all, no apologies, and even cheated me well over a hour of time when I had more work. I even took off and put back together all face plates and plugs/switches to make things easier for him. I would like someone to contact me regarding this matter.

James installed 2 ceiling fans and fixed some old conduit I had at my pool pump. Very friendly and great customer service. Would recommend!

Irby Electric came the first day brought some guy first day. Second day I helped him. Third day, he brought another guy who slept on top of air conditioner . I was without power for three days. My pool was horrible, I had issue with my salt water tank, and I had to work hard so my fish did not die. My pool still needs to be cleaned as it still has massive issues with the water. It gets better, but this should not have happened in the first place.

Not true, had power every day! Nobody was sleeping, crawled over duct to get where we needed to be!!!!
