Samuel did an excellent job restoring and sealing my ceramic tile/grout. He was right on time with his appointment for the quote as well as the cleaning appointment. Pricing was well within my budget and very reasonable compared to other companies I have used in the past.

They did a great job on our travertine tile floors. Refinished and Polished. Fix holes with travertine filler. Then sealed all stone surfaces. On time and pleasant to work with.

The good: I gave them a 4 on work quality, because my floors really look beautiful. They did a good job on that. The bad: We did run into issues. Be aware that a lot of water is used, if your baseboards are standard painted fiber board they will swell on the bottom. They broke one board, they did replace with a large amount of issue and harshness. Also their machine burned out 2 breakers causing us to be without some of our electric overnight...$600.00 later an electrician told them to plug it in someplace else. Summary: Again, the stone floors look better than they ever have. Recommend knowing your outlet amps and I think the interaction would have been better had they been communicating with a male customer around. All in all, after repairs and such, it was a pricey venture.

We tried our best to accommodate and please our customer by doing a clean job. Unfortunately, accidents do happen, this is our first incident where a baseboard was chipped with one of our machines but was fixed immediately. First time we experience electricity issues in a house fairly new, something out of our hands. All of our customers are pleased with our work. It's understandable that in this case the customer is not as happy but recognized that the job was well done on her floors as it is the main goal.

They did a wonderful job of rejuvenating my 15-year old ceramic tile floors to looking as bright and cheerful as new. They were punctual, efficient and painstaking. Both Jessica and Samuel were delightful to work with. I highly recommend JL Restorations.

Samuel was very knowledgeable about restoring my marble table. He explained the difference between granite and marble, which I had never known. His work was excellent. !!!
