Did a great job. Was on time and easy to get ahold of.

I have to point them to some small issues that I've noticed. I like the fact that they fixed those without arguing.

The quality of the work was great but the price was higher than some of the others. Realiable, on-time, good at communicating and settings expectations. Good at recommending improvements and pros / cons. The final few to-dos could have been a little tighter and more on time, but overall the work and results were great.

I would not hire this outfit again.

Used to move a queens palm from our house to our friends across town. Also used for front privacy fence with gate. Materials and workmanship low quality. Big gaps, nails sticking out, etc...

Originally hired for concrete and grass project, but I changed my mind to get turf instead. They were very professional. They made suggestions, but they wouldn't force you into their design. They suggested to leave 6 inch gap for drainage purpose. They asked for permission first and explain the reasoning. The didn't just work on the project, but also check what are the improvements. Both turf and concrete were installed correctly and backyard now looks very nice. They even power washed the existing concrete with molds clean. I can finally say I love my backyard now. I would totally hire them again if I need to work on my front yard in the future.

the work was done later than promised. But that was not the biggest problem. while the value was good the service after the project was extremely poor. I had a 1/2 an inch gap between the stones 4 months after the initial work and despite multiple calls, he has not come to fix the problem. If you use him, make sure to do quality check BEFORE you make the full payment.

Two people from JMP worked on my project. Showed up on time. The fence, I asked for, is matching the existing style. now I have very nice place for trash cans that are not visible from the outside of the home.

Reasonable. Did the work on time. Easy to work with. Made suggestions for ideas I did not think of at the time, to make the project better looking. I would hire JMP again and refer them to anyone else.

Completed the job promptly. Did everything they said they would. I would hire JMP again.
