Hired him to sand and refinish a hardwood stairway. He showed up on time and worked cleanly. Job was finished on time and looks great. He did exactly what was agreed to with no surprises. I plan on using him for our next project.

Very overpriced. I used them because I was in a crunch and needed the work done as soon as possible. A handyman with contractors price tag. He did not use the materials I asked for but charged me for it anyway. He just put in the shelves but did not secure them to the wall. If you have the money, he's got the time.

John came out to give me an estimate the same day I called. He showed up as scheduled and his work was high quality. When complete they cleaned up and left everything as they found it. In addition John is a really nice and polite guy. He wanted to do a good job and make sure I was pleased before he left. I will call him again when I need other work around the house.
