After difficulty getting together at the onset, the worker was An excellent hard working fellow who did an outstanding job all by himself and finished the job of Spring cleanup in one day, This is the second time I have hired JSN services and I plan to hire them again in the future

The owner gave me a quote a week before the work was done but additional leaves had fallen when I actually scheduled with them but he never told me the price would increase if I didn't do the work that day. I paid the workers when they were done and asked if it was still the same price and they just nodded "yes". The owner text me that night and said I owed him another $50. I had tried to call him the day of the service because they were supposed to arrive at noon but didn't show up until 2:30 or 3 PM. His voicemail was full and no one answered the phone. He should have communicated upfront that the price could be higher. I told him to send me a bill or at least the address to send an additional check and still haven't heard back from him. But I will say his workers did a FANTASTIC JOB and I would recommend them.

Hi! We are sorry to hear this. We had given you a price before all leaves had fallen, and if more leaves fall it is expected for price to increase since there will be more work done. We also pay more to dump. We also explained this in the bill we sent you.

JSN Lawncare was punctual and did an excellent job in cleaning up the fallen leaves. They also took care of my neighbors yards as well. They were professional, polite and most accommodating. And their pricing is most competitive. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a quality cleanup job at an amazing price. I will call them again once the remainder of my leaves fall and have them do their magic once again. I would rate them a 10!
