i hired js solutions to put up a wooden fence. aside from not beign satisfied on fence due to the uneven look and and not installing the right lock i feel these two gentlemen did not know what they were doing. i feel they overcharged me too. for the quality of work, the price was high. i went through your website cuase a wanted a professional and quality. needless to say this vendor is a reflection on your website. i was not satisfied.

This gentleman was told to buy new stuff, and he wanted us to use old material and then put a dead bolt on a picket fence we tried but the fence is too thick, so we put a door knob lock and his fence was at a slat because the material was old, so we did what we could with what we had and to be clear, it was no fence, it was 2 gates side by side a 3 ft and a 6ft it was 400.00 large gate and 200.00 small gate which both had to be fabricated.

Won't return my texts after damaging my floors.The work they did was incomplete and did horrible quality of work.They did not do what they said they would do and didn't show up when they said they would.

She received over 400.00 labor and materials and a 129.00 ladder free and we tried to make things right and still was not happy so there was no dealing with the situation and we can only do what is possible not the impossible we spent 3 days looking for the tile and told the customer that they don't make the tile anymore but we could upgrade the tile and they decided OK then next day now we decide to keep the same time and we told them they don't make it any more so they did not want to resolve the issue.
