    Replacement of all mortar on 18 flagstone steps including 5 landings . Replaced all the mortar on 16x12 foot flagstone patio. Flagstone cleaned and secured as needed. Moved patio furniture and plants and moved them back upon completion of the work. Project was completed in 3 days with clean up . Mr. McMillan described the repairs required and costs in detail after an in person inspection of our home.
