I hired Jim to repair to the satisfaction of my HOA my front steps and landing. Steps are wide and numerous and had some broken bricks and been patched up a few times in the past 20 years with a couple of different non matching mortars. So I wanted someone who would â do it right.â Jim was the guy. To start with, he knew exactly what type of brick had been used. Although these bricks have been discontinued, he knew where to look to find the few that were needed, so that different ones wouldnâ t stick out. His crew ground out the old mortar, and mixed a custom batch of mortar to match original color and of the right composition for the particular bricks. He used industrial strength waterproofing to preserve them. He was personable and prompt, starting and finishing as promised.

Jimmy was experienced and very knowledgeable about tuckpointing as well as other exterior issues of our house . He pointed out improvements to a job a different contractor had done on our roof and chimney. We had him make those improvements. He was trustworthy and gave us reasonable prices. He also is personable and seemed like just a really nice guy. We will ask him to help us with any other jobs we may identify in future that are within his expertise. Highly recommend him!

Would not recommend the service for this gentleman to anybody that I know even family and friends. I was not impressed with the final product, and he guaranteed a finished product that he did not complete.

The job was done well and work was completed quickly. Jim is very personable and focused on making sure we were satisfied. He even performed some extra work which we hadn't originally asked for. I would definitely recommend Jim.
