Mr. Ryan got upset and loud bec he wanted me to write postive things even though he refuses to complete a job that started in October 2017.So I did and still he's fasley stated he would return after several calls. I will file more complaints or small claims which should not have come to this. All I needed was a 15' pine and roots removed and he never bother to remove trunk and roots and he wonders why I rated him so low when I give others 5's. I will pay someone to finish his unfinished work.
Response from Company:
This was a $100 job that the customer refused to pay me in full for. I was given a partial payment of $75 until we came back to grind the stump. This job was also worth much more than $100. We did the job because we were cutting a large Oak down the street. Tried to do a favor and now he wants us to look bad.

He was responsive and kept his appointment. The owner himself came out. We negotiated a fair deal without any issues. I will use him again.

It cost me an additional $1000 to clean up after this company. If you need someone to do 1/2 the work, hire this company.

Ryan Trees gave a very fair price because it did not include stump removal. The Willow tree was added by wife. We also added cutting many other branches but that was ok. No matter what we did it was never going to be finished or good enough. Have been spraying for many years and it does work without damaging shrubs and bushes. This job was completed the way it was planned.

This is the 2nd time I've used Ryan Landscaping. They came out quickly for an estimate and when i accepted they scheduled the job and actually showed up on the scheduled day! They consulted with me again the day of the job and did exactly what I asked them to do and also cleaned up the property nicely. I won't even look for anyone else the next time I have a job. Ryan is the best.

This is the second time we used Jim and his crew and like the first time, they did a great job and cleaned up everything before they left. We had them remove 4 trees and Jim gave us a very fair price. We're running out of trees for them to cut down, but they offer a full range of landscaping services, so I'm sure we will be calling them to do additional work.

I have solar lights on my lawn. I have to constantly replace them because Mr. Ryan's hired help is so careless, they break my lights constantly. I have to replace at least half of them every season. They also broke the wheels off my barbecue grill, said they'd replace it, but didn't. Incompetent! Careless workmanship!

The solar lights were damaged, this does happen. The cost was reimbursed for the lights and to repair the grill.
